This page is intended to give you a broad listing of the standard rates and discounts available for both our apartment categories. Please contact us for customized offers and for long term contracts.
Long term rental apartments
Rates: are specific to each property subject to location, design and furnishings included in the price. The rent is calculated on a monthly basis, payable in advance for the next month. Utilities are usually not included in the rent price, they are billed separately to the client.
Safety Deposit: required at the signing of the lease contract; usually equals 1 month of rent; can be larger depending on the specifics of the lease and of the property.

Minimum contract duration: 1 year; for longer periods the rent is usually negotiable in a tight margin.
Serviced apartments
The price includes the rent cost, all furnishings and also utilities. You just check-in and enjoy the complete comfort of a luxury serviced apartment in the city Downrtown.
The standard rate includes:
• A completely furnished apartment
• International cable programs
• Wi-Fi high-speed internet acces point
• Utilities related to the property ( maintenance, water, gas, eletricity )
• Cleaning services twice a week ( general cleaning )
• Bed Linen & Towels (changed twice a week)
The standard rate does not include:
• Airport shuttle services: 25 EUR/one way
• Loss of / failure to promptly return keys of the property.
• Additional cleaning services, on demand.

Discounts
Can reach up to 25% or even 30 % from the standard price, subject to the specific conditions of the market and of the business relation with every individual client. Create a reservation request for a specific rate, tailored to your needs.

• Bank-to-bank transfer
• Credit card: VISA, Mastercard (2,5%)
Maximum contract duration: 1 year.
